Williams’ United HealthCare participants have access to this service 24 hours per day,
seven days per week. Call (866) 376-0601 to receive free, confidential healthcare advice
from registered nurses as well as patient referral.
Cancer Care Management
Primary oncology nurses coordinate care through Matria Oncology Management program for
Williams employees and their family members receiving chemotherapy or radiation treatment
for cancer. The assigned nurse helps you and your family by providing education about the
diagnosed cancer, treatment and side effects. The nurse’s support acts as a
complement to the physician’s treatment and is provided for both the patient and the
family. This benefit is available only to Williams employees and family covered by
UnitedHealthcare.

Disease Management Programs
Through UnitedHealthcare, Williams offers various disease management programs to employees
and their families that have been diagnosed with asthma, a cardiac condition, chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease or diabetes. Skilled nurses support individuals telephonically
by meeting with them periodically to coordinate care, provide treatment education and
support condition management through both traditional and alternative approaches.

Healthy Pregnancy Program
The UnitedHealthcare Healthy Pregnancy Program provides health assessments, customized educational materials, an interactive website and telephonic maternity nurse support throughout pregnancy. Enrollees in the Healthy Pregnancy Program are eligible to receive a complimentary Healthy Baby Bag by returning the postage-paid business reply card that will accompany their welcome packet.
This program is available only to employees and spouses partici pating in Williams’ health plan. To enroll in the Healthy Pregnancy Program, call 1-800-411-7984.
Mental Health & Substance Abuse
Employees and spouses coping with mental health and substance abuse issues can utilize the WorkingSolutions Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP is available to employees and their families regardless of partici pation in Williams’ health plan. The EAP helps to manage the everyday stresses of home and work life including.
Employees and their families can receive assistance with emotional health, addictions, legal and financial consultation, short-term counseling and more. Partici pation in WorkingSolutions EAP is completely confidential and includes up to five face-to-face counseling sessions free of charge.

Treatment Centers of Excellence
Williams employees or family members needing treatment for cancer, kidney disease or in need of a transplant can call UnitedHealthcare to learn more about accessing a Center of Excellence facility.
A Center of Excellence facility is an approved hospital with proven quality treatment outcomes that provides employees and their families with state-of-the-art treatments, including clinical trials, at UnitedHealthcare’s in-network benefit levels regardless of the network status of the hospital. Williams’ health plan may provide transportation and lodging support for those traveling to an approved Center of Excellence for treatment. This benefit is available only to Williams’ health plan participants.

Treatment Decision Support
This new resource is designed to help you make confident decisions about your treatment options. It can also help you work more effectively with your doctor. You can call and speak directly with a specially trained registered nurse who can answer your questions and give you objective, relevant health care information concerning treatment or surgery. This resource is available to Williams employees and their family members covered by the Williams’ Health Plan administered by UnitedHealthcare.
