Williams is committed to partnering with organizations that work to better the communities where we operate and our employees live.

Adopt-a-School Program
Williams currently boasts five adopt-a-schools across the country. Williams' employees in Salt Lake City have worked with their adopt-a-school over the past fourteen years. Employees volunteer on a weekly basis by helping teachers out with classroom assignments, reading with children or participating in school activities. Each year, employees work with the school to set goals and identify new projects that will improve the school and its students, but also include lots of employee involvement.

United Way
For more than 30 years, Williams has been a leading supporter of United Way of America and its local chapters. Each chapter supports a number of agencies that work to promote positive change and support individuals in our communities. Employees around the company participate in the annual United Way campaign by visiting agencies, organizing fundraisers and donating money. Through the Williams Tulsa United Way campaign, employees and retirees raised over $1 million dollars through pledges and fundraisers for the Tulsa Area United Way. In addition to Williams employees leading the fundraising for the campaign, more than 325 of them participated in the annual Day of Caring in Tulsa.
